Caponi Art Park and Learning Center Artist-in-Residence Program Through this program the Caponi Art Park commissions artists to create new works of art as permanent installations in the Park and enables visitors to observe art in progress. In addition to sculptors, painters and architects, the artist-in-residence program commissions writers, musicians, and choreographers to work and lecture on-site. The artists conclude their residency with performances of their finished work. An apprenticeship program provides opportunities for young people to work with the artist-in-residence.
